I hadn't been to Shaw in several months so it was great to back in a beautiful morning. I learned how to differentiate Rudbeckia missouriensis from other Rudbeckia and Echinacea. Volunteering at Shaw is wonderful because you get to explore areas and habitats very closely and learn about the ongoing ecological work from expert staff.
